My week in Door County May 18-25

Toft Point - perfect sunny day.

Mink River Estuary - 3 deer came out of the woods to watch me.

My favorite DC Cherry Pie is Wilson's in Ephraim.

Allen Centennial Gardens

These are teaching gardens for the  Horticulture Dept. at UW Madison and are also open to the public. The house on the grounds is referred to as The Fred House or Dean's House.  Today it is used for offices for the Agricultural Research Station.  It was a lovely day to get out and sketch.  Draw Madison included Elsie, Betty, Louisa, Vicky & Louise.  This sketch is by Louise...
